Create a LuJam Portal account
Before going through the setup process, you will need to have created a LuJam Portal account, in one of two ways:
- when ordering the LuJam ACPU, an account will have automatically been created for you. The setup process sends a temporary password to your mobile number. If your mobile number was incorrect or you don't receive the texts, please contact support (see the next section for details on contacting support)
- if you received a LuJam ACPU either as part of a trial, or via some other method, you'll need to create a new account here. During the setup process, you should use your password instead of the temporary password sent via SMS.
Once an account has been created, you should receive an email from LuJam providing a link to confirm your email address.
