Create a LuJam Portal account
Before going through the setup process, you will need to have created a LuJam Portal account, in one of two ways:
- when ordering the LuJam sensor, an account will have automatically been created for you. The setup process sends a temporary password to your mobile number. If your mobile number was incorrect or you don't receive the texts, please contact support (see the next section for details on contacting support)
- if you received a LuJam sensor either as part of a trial, or via some other method, you'll need to create a new account here.
Once an account has been created, you should receive an email from LuJam providing a link to confirm your email address.
Follow the on-line setup process
The following only applies to customers who have signed up via the LuJam order process. If you obtained your sensor via another means, then please get in touch with the LuJam support team.
